When you sign up for a plan Blue Hen PC will run a full diagnostic and a complete Tune-up to be aware of your system functionality. At that point we will stay in touch on a regular basis and make sure that your computer recover his full capacity.

What are preventative minutes?

They are minutes that we are using to check your computer from the proactive software. When we receive alerts we will check your computer status from our third party software and contact you if needed and check for errors, start defragmentation, perform routine tune up.  We will make sure that your computer receives the proper updates.

Can you use a plan for multiple computers?

Yes, but keep in mind that minutes will be shared between all computers.

Can we use a plan for training?

Yes, Remote assistance is a good way to learn.

What type of problems can you repair online?

Anything that we won't have to physically touch.  We can even reboot your computer and keep going.

How do I pay?

You can pay via credit card or Paypal when you register a plan with us. We will do a recurring payment every three month until you cancel.

What if you need to come over to complete a repair job?

In very rare cases we will have to come.  If you are local it won't be a problem.  If you are outside our limit area we will ask you to send your laptop in a well prepared box with our Nationwide laptop repair service and we will finish the job.  Let's remember, a maintenance plan is to keep your PC in shape.

Will I have to pay if you have to come?

Depending on your plan you will only pay a certain amount of the labor cost.  This is one advantage of the maintenance plan.
